Detroit's David Whitney Skyscraper Given Grand Restoration

Just in time for it's 100th anniversary. The landmark building—recently restored for $92 million—will feature a boutique hotel, luxury apartments and a new restaurant, the Grand Cirque Brasserie. The Detroit News has more.
